Regards to shipping,they will send a representative to your designated address as soon as they confirm payment ok.You can also deduct the transfer charges from the balance ok.
Note:You'll need to tell them at western union that you are sending the funds to your brother-in-laws so that they'll not charge you too much money for the transfer fees as they'll charge you more fee for a transaction than family issue,hope you understand my logic.I'll be expecting the transfer details once the fund has been wired to the transpoter.
